Who is this for?
Summer Sessions are designed for high-school, college and Masters swimmers of all abilities, distances and goals. We will level up your training this summer with nutrition and hydration prep that will support you year-round. This program is designed to prepare you for fall training, college entry, recruitment, competitive events that will occur over the next 3 to 4 months, and more!
When are Summer Sessions?
Enrollment & Starting Period: June 17 through July 1, 2024
