I'm Chloe
Hi there!
I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who specializes in sports nutrition, and eating disorders. I'm driven to empower swimmers, endurance athletes and active individuals to fuel confidently, without obsession.
Throughout my athletic and professional career I have seen first-hand the amount of commitment it takes from coaches, trainers, families and athletes alike to be fully dedicated to their sport. When athletes make nutrition a key part of their life and training, they are able to optimize their hard work on the court, in the pool on the field and more, and truly set themselves apart from their competition.
As a former college athlete, I understand what it's like to fuel for sport, and how to transition into the demands of everyday life.
I've been there...
Navigating the demands of training, studying, work, and a social life is tough. Balancing sports, academics, work, and personal time is no small feat.
I know the grind firsthand. Despite pushing myself in every area—training hard, excelling academically, managing work commitments, and staying socially active—I still felt drained, prone to illness, and prone to injuries.
But then I found the missing piece:
nutrition
Finding a way to build in balanced nutrition made a huge difference in my well-being and performance.
But that was just the beginning...
Transitioning from competitive sports to everyday life was a whole new challenge.
One that can feel lonely, and confusing as you build new routines and navigate how to shift into a new identity - but it doesn't have to.
Stay competitive by fueling your body with the right nutrition.
Fuel confidently and build a healthy relationship with food, along with giving you practical strategies that are free from obsession or restriction.
