Hi there! I'm Chloe

I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who specializes in sports nutrition, and eating disorders. I'm driven to empower swimmers, endurance athletes and active individuals to fuel confidently, without obsession.

My goal as a clinician and former college athlete is to help you elevate your performance and lifestyle by building a healthy relationship with food, and practical strategies that work for you.

Personalized virtual counseling sessions to help you build your fueling plan with confidence. Our packages are include, initial and follow up sessions along with ongoing virtual support and accountability.

Swimming Pre Race

Focused 20-minute meetings where we discuss action-oriented steps towards your fueling plan. The best part? Join by yourself, or with teammates. These can be purchased individually, or in packages.
