Hi there! I'm Chloe

I'm a Registered Dietitian that specializes in sports nutrition, and eating disorders. I'm driven to empower active individuals to fuel confidently, without obsession.

My goal as a clinician and former college athlete is to help you elevate your performance and lifestyle by building a healthy relationship with food, and practical strategies that work for you.

I've been there. Putting so many hours in to fuel, train, and perform your best can feel overwhelming.

Then, to be dropped into "retirement", this time can be lonely, and confusing - but it doesn't have to.

I'm here to help you simplify the process, get confident in your fueling, and sustain these habits long term.

Personalized virtual counseling sessions to help you build your fueling plan with confidence. Choose between individual supportive sessions, or packages which can include training specific progams.
